Children need to know HOW to learn.  They need the skills that make learning possible.

This workbook is in three parts. The first part will review the four learning skills that make up the ‘Ready to Learn’ set, and explain why they are important. This helps you understand why you need to make sure your child uses all the skills described. The second part provides you with some general ways you can help your child develop all four sets of learning skills – and may influence how you interact with your child – in a good way! The last part of the workbook is divided into four sections – each section relates to one of the skills in this set of skills and provides you with practical, proven ways to help your child attain the level of skill that makes a difference to their ability to learn.
